NHS England has published its long term plan which covers the next ten years. Five of these years were covered by the recent funding settlement, giving an average uplift of 3.4% per year. The plan is 136 pages long, but you can read a 2 page summary here.
The King's Fund has published a useful longer summary and comment on the plan here.
The NHS long term plan relies on a workforce plan and plans for training and for public health, which are not yet available.
